• Graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in April of 2000
• Graduated from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in June of 2007 with a 200 hr yoga intructor certification
• Opened the doors at Relaxation Restoraion in May of 2007
• Completed Muscle Release Technique^SM Advanced Training Workshop in August of 2007

With over 24 years of experience, Brian likes to engage muscles to help with relaxation. He uses firmer pressure, but adjusts for client comfort. Brian strongly encourages daily stretching and tries to incorporate stretches in his work.. He is very experienced with the office desk/computer crowd, athletes including marathoners, and definitely yoga instructors.
